Flores con acuarela: Luz, forma y color

Mary Dillon es una artista botánica irlandesa reconocida y galardonada. Su trabajo está impregnado de color, luz y forma. Participó haciendo una presentación en el primer Congreso Mundial de Artistas Botánicos en  Pittsburgh, 2016. Valorada su experiencia como profesora, Mary impartirá un taller en la próxima Conferencia de la Sociedad Americana de Artistas Botánicos en San Francisco, octubre de 2017.

Flowers in Watercolour – Light, Form and Colour

We will capture the sensuality of flowers using wet and dry watercolour techniques. 

Looking at light and form we will focus on making an engaging composition. 

Exploring a vibrant but simple colour palette we will use transparent layers of colour to bring vitality to our painting.

Mary Dillon is an award winning botanical artist. Colour, light and form, permeates her work. She was a presenter at the First World Congress of Botanical Artists, Pittsburgh, 2016. An experienced educator, Mary will be giving a workshop at the forthcoming American Society of Botanical Artists Conference, San Francisco, October, 2017
